Security Services
The scope of this procedure to ensure security staffs patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and nuisance and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates of the common areas. The services cover complete security services through efficient trained staff backed by required necessary skills and experience with materials and resources.
Scope of work:
- Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and nuisance and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates of the common areas.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Keep vigil of perimeter fence/wall.
- Manning relevant public entry and exit points with door frame metal detectors, hand held metal detectors to regulate entrance points.
- Deploy personnel on all floors to control, watch and ward on visitors.
- Identify and observe/monitor strictly the activities of anti social elements & mischief mongers.
- To ensure effective / prompt communication of the security staff with Control Room.
- Operate and monitor CCTV devices.
- Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational use and to detect evidence of tampering.
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
- Trained operators for manning technical/monitoring equipment
- Maintain order and discipline in the area.
- Intelligence gathering.
- Movement Plan for evacuation under each type of crisis like earthquake, fire, gas leak, bomb hoax, terrorist attack etc.
- To undertake and implement effective control in case of unexpected mishaps.
- Arranging for VIP visit and during special events.
- Co-ordination liaison with Local Police and Fire Services Department.
- Manning and directing traffic in specified areas
- Regular re-training & briefing as per specified facility brief.
- Security & Fire Drills & assist with emergency evacuation.
- Check and control use of the lift. To immediately report to Management Office of any lift breakdown (during business hours) or contact security at control room (after business hours).
- Courtesy & respect, cool headedness and hospitable at all times.
